About
Gourmet to Go, Inc.
Gourmet to Go was founded by owner Sharon Levin in 1994. With over 30 years of nutrition and catering experience, Sharon currently leads a group of talented professional staff.
Sharon Levin started cooking when she was 3 years old. Her passion for flavorful, organic food led her to specialize in a fantastic array of global seasonings, kosher and vegetarian dishes. Her food was in such demand that she was forced to expand her business to serve the community that was hungry for her incredible food and outstanding attention to customer service.
In 1984 Sharon created Maya’s Vegetarian Green Chili Stew. Her daughter Maya loved it and so did the public! This creative passion for flavor led Sharon to pursue fabulous food for individuals with special dietary needs. In 1989, Sharon established Mrs. Feelgood’s Natural Bakery products, featuring wheat-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free baked goods. During this baking adventure, in 1989, the expansion of her catering landed her as Kitchen Manager / Head Cook at Serendipity Preschool where she was able to provide over 120 children with healthy, balanced meals.
She continue to serve the public and its youth until 2003 when she decided to expand even more to meet the demand of the greater Albuquerque area. Sharon currently offers her expertise and distinguished catering options to thousands of individuals looking for the perfect catering experience!
