We can provide hot midday meals for conferences and other special events. If you don’t see
what you want here, make a suggestion, we’ll happily accommodate you!
Unless otherwise specified in the suggested menus below, all hot lunch buffets come with a tossed baby green salad, bread, a cookie/brownie tray, and a beverage.
Buffet Entrees for $9.00 per person
- Pasta Alfredo
- Cajun Pasta Alfredo
- Southwest Pasta Alfredo
- Pesto Pasta
All pasta dishes are available with or without veggies.
*Add chicken for an additional $1.50 per person
Buffet Entrees for $10.25 per person
- Green or red chile cheese enchiladas, served with seasoned beans (no breads)
- Lasagna with roasted red peppers and artichokes
- Greek chicken stew with rice
- Spanakopita with Greek salad and hummus, with your choice of baklava and/or brownie tray
Buffet Entrees for $11.25 per person
- Eggplant Parmesan with linguine in marinara sauce
- Green or red chile chicken enchiladas with beans and rice (no breads)
- Calabacitas enchiladas with green chile or red chile eggplant
- Meat lasagna with red sauce with beef or turkey, Spinach lasagna with béchamel sauce, Chicken lasagna with béchamel sauce, or Very Roasted Veggie lasagna
Buffet Entrees for $12.25 per person
- BBQ beef brisket or chicken with choice of salad (tossed green, pasta, or macaroni), mashed potatoes or BBQ baked beans, and fruit crisp
- Jerked chicken or pork with red beans and rice, tossed salad, tortillas, and rum cake
