Ashkenazi (Eastern European) Jewish & kosher food:
Ashkenazi Jewish and Kosher Foods include but are not limited to the following: Pickled herring in wine or cream sauce or chopped herring salad, Assorted knishes: potato, potato and green chili, or spinach, Dairy (or non-dairy) Lukshen kugel, Blintzes or blintz soufflé with fruit sauce. We also make Kasha varnishkes with bowtie pasta, assorted potato latkes or potato latke casserole, Potato Kugel (sweet potato also available), Chicken soup with matzo balls (vegetarian also available), Vegetarian Tzimmes, Vegetarian chopped liver, Chopped Chicken Liver (sorry, kosher not available), Gefilte Fish with horseradish, Turkey or beef stuffed cabbage in a sweet'n'sour sauce.
Desserts include but are not limited to: Rugelach, mandelbrot, strudel, hamantaschen, Jewish Apple cake (Babka)
Also we offer freshly baked Challah for Shabbat

Sephardic Jewish and Kosher foods include but are not limited to the following: Hummus (chipotle, roasted red pepper, etc.), Babaganoush (Eggplant dip), Tabouli (Bulgur wheat salad), Dolmas (vegetarian stuffed grape leaves), Falafel, Israeli Salad, Spanakopita and Tyropita, Roasted Chicken with Fruited Sauce and Bulgur Pilaf.
...And for dessert there's Baklava!
