Throwing a party but need a little help?  Our A La Carte Party menu is perfect for when you need dips, hors d'oeuvres, or a selection of delectable desserts.  With a range of delicious options from casual cuisine with friends to fancy cocktail parties, we cater to every taste and budget.

All prices vary with the season, please call for current pricing, or email us with your questions.

1.  Call us when you know you need a few quick dishes, order at least 24 hours ahead for best results.
2.  Don’t forget dessert! We make all of our delicious deserts fresh for you, call for pricing.
3.  Need dishes and flatware? Gourmet to Go is going green!  We have switched from plastic & styrofoam to sugar cane and corn packaging.  We also provide a wide variety of china, disposable dishes, decorative goods and utensils on request.
4.  Let us know your party time and we’ll have your food hot and ready to go from our kitchen or have it delivered for an added fee.

TASTY ANTIPASTO PLATTERS

Small serves 35-50        Large serves 50-75

VEGETARIAN
Roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, marinated carrots, roasted red pepper, caponata,
pepperoncini, assorted olives, assorted cheese and marinated garbanzo beans

MEAT
Same as Vegetarian Tray above with the addition of prosciutto, pepperoni, assorted salami and ham

MEDITERRANEAN
Hummus, baba ghanouj (eggplant dip), roasted vegetables, assorted olives, quinoa tabouli, feta, dolmas and pita bread

CRUDITÉS and DIP
Fresh seasonal vegetables in a beautiful display with choice of two dips:
Green chile, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, ranch, chipotle, dill, tzatziki sauce

GRILLED VEGGIE PLATTER
Zucchini, onion, yellow squash, red pepper, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables perfectly grilled and served with citrus aioli

RAW VEGGIE PLATTER
Carrots, celery, jicama, red peppers, cucumber, zucchini with choice of two dips:
Green chile, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, ranch, chipotle, dill, tzatziki sauce

SEASONAL FRUIT PLATTER
Fresh seasonal fruit in a beautiful display with a yogurt dipping sauce or whipped topping

CHEESE PLATTER
A variety of cheeses beautifully arranged and served with crackers

BRIE EN CROUTE (serves 40)
A luscious brie baked in a flaky, wonderful puff pastry and served with assorted crackers.
Variations include roasted garlic, Kahluah and brown sugar, hot and spicy, or fruited

ENDIVE FLOWERS IN SEASON (small serves 20-25, large 40-50)
It looks like a beautiful, large flower in the center of your buffet!   
Endive petals are arranged around the dip of your choice; scoop the dip with the endive leaves.  
Dips include Smoked Salmon, herbed goat cheese, and sun dried tomato
